  1. Asma Arif says:

Very nice of him to send salaam to those mooslems out there… I wish I knew those Mooslems too 🙂

And it would have been good if he kept the smiling going as smiling is sadaqah innit 🙂

  2. Adnan says:

Yeah i have to agree there. He should have smiled at the end 🙂

  3. Farhan says:

Hehe, I don’t remember seeing any european leader send out eid greetings like that. His serious face at the end of his speech didn’t convey the right message though, and the fact that he appeared to be reading from a pre-written script implies that he probably didn’t actually quite mean all that he said.

Anyway, let’s all hope that Mr. Brown is a man of words.

  4. I don’t recall seeing, hearing or reading such a greeting from our American President, unless I was sleeping? It would have been interesting to see his face as he tried to greet the Muslims all over the world… and wish us a happy ‘Eid. Hmmm? Brown at least spoke well, and though his eyes may have been guarded, as he read, at least there he was, with upbeat words.
