I really liked this poem. I think it has some really good messages for us all to think about. Please, have a read.
(Desiderata is from latin for desired things.)
Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
